In winter and summer a lot of my clients get braids to help manage their hair (summers are super humid, winters are super dry) but protective styles don't mean Zero Maintenance! You still need to maintain the health of your scalp and natural hair to ensure your hair is not stressed when those braids come down! This client normally comes in weekly for a wash, deep condition, blow dry, and flat iron but is taking a break from heat so got these stunning Knotless Braids! This is how we maintain her- she comes in for this every 2 weeks while wearing braids. Ps: the Steven Universe song has nothing to do with this but......Steven Universe!!! One of my favorites 🥰
