I’d pull off to the nearest exit or side road, park my car, and thank the Universe for this wonderful experience and specific moment to see another sunset in a different town. This is one of those moments. What you don’t see is a bunch of cows opposite me, grazing and gazing, wondering what this wild woman was up to.
