I am feeling so much better, but in the meantime, let me read to you from the Goblin Green Couch some of The Artist's Way. You've seen me write in my journal often and this creative workbook is why. It's my brain drain, so I write down all my thoughts, fantasies, dreams, and garbage. It feels so good to release these mental notions from my mind and put them on paper. It leaves more space for all the goodness to enter and all my creative juices to flow. And we all love when the juices flow :) So go! Pick up a journal and write something down.
