

scroll for pose 4 - i only know the basics. i haven't been super into yoga because whenever I try it, I get really dizzy and feel like passing out. I NOW know that it's because of my mind has a really hard time reconnecting to my physical body and yoga is all about reconnecting.
i think once the spring hits, I'll be in a really good place mentally to sit through a yoga session without having to throw up :) at least I hope lol
