

Throughout the class, our instructor told us about the importance of breathing and proper posture. I realized that these simple aspects can have a huge impact on our well-being and energy every day 😉 The feeling of stretching muscles and strengthening the body was mesmerizing.🧘♂️✨ Yoga gives us the opportunity to feel our bodies more deeply, learn to listen to its needs and become flexible and strong. But most surprisingly, being alive in a yoga class helped me to release the tension and stress that accompanies our modern life. You should try it 😇😊👍
