I'll let this photo be a reminder. I loved drinking so much, I used to get a kick out of glorifying it in my images. Now, I look back on a year ago and I'm proud I can see a documented change in my personal self care. It wasn't a resolution, those never work, hahaha, they get made too abruptly. BUT, it was a dedication I made to myself in the year 2023. **BRING ON SOBER 2024!** No alcohol, no weed, no substances of any kind. I wonder what I can achieve before 2025. My only resolution this year and all years ahead will be to aim for better health of the mind, body and soul one goal at a time. Not overwhelming myself played a big part. Also, educating myself on the many reasons why I shouldn't drink. I'm proud! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
