It's been awhile since I hit the gym so early, but I have some things going on lately where I have to adjust my workout times. So, you have two choices, lay in bed, sleep extra, and stay cozy. Or, get the fuck up, put yourself thru hell and come out a better person? One won't do you any good but feels good, the other choice doesn't feel good, but does you good. It's all about mindset. My ankle wrap is on due to a sore ankle, knees hurt, wrist are fucked, but you push thru it anyway 💪🏽💯
