If I wanted to grow, I would have, in fact my legs did grow since, but I've maintained a pretty good physique year after year by living simple. Simple foods, simple routines, simple daily habits, etc. Don't over complicate things by going on the lastest trend, or fad, keep things simple. Word hard, stay disciplined, and stay focused. Your habits determine your future, remember that. Remember to keep your habits in check, make sure they align with your goals, avoid negativity and toxic people. Last but definitely the most important....be happy. You are responsible for your happiness, no one else 💯
