Do I have a routine? Of course! Not in the gym tho. I listen to my body and my husband. But in life is where my routine is important. Everyday the same wake up time 4am. Same meals at the same times, same working hours. Errands are scheduled as much as possible. Make sure to plan you day, your week, your month ahead of time. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." 💯
