I make time for fun every now n then, but one thing that's a MUST, a PRIORITY...is my gym time 💪🏽 Everyone has their "shoulds" and their "musts" 🤔 health and wellness is a must in my eyes. Seems like only time people worry about health is when they're in the hospital 😒 The difference between a health professional like myself and a doctor, is I do preventative maintenance and overall health care in the most natural ways/forms possible. A doctor will diagnose a symptom or illness and prescribe something to mask or temporarily cure a problem, with the exceptions of surgical procedures of course. 2 yrs ago my husband was diagnosed with high bl00d pressure, he was astounded being as fit as he was. The Drs wanted to prescribe bl00d pressure medication. At the same time my best friend was told the same thing. Husband chose HIS way, the HARD way, and cured the problem. His bl00d pressure is perfect now. My best friend doubted us, went with the Drs orders, AND STILL is paying an arm and a leg for her meds, which only fixes the problem only while taking them. Granted there are exceptions; overall health, age, past surgeries etc can all play a factor. My advice, do it the hard way, fix/cure the problem if you can. Don't take the easy way and mask the issue that will continue to haunt you til your last days.
