After a hospital scare my husband had, followed by the pandemic, showed us that's not where we REALLY want to be. On stage yes, that would be awesome, but the toll on physical body isn't worth the extra weight, in both muscle, and extra weight being pushed day in, day out. These days it's all about overall health and fitness. My husband uses the term, "Now we're training for life." 🤔 I questioned that, "What do you mean LIFE?" Being healthy is no secret that it benefits you in many ways, but building the discipline and mindset to take on life's challenges and storms head on and come out a stronger person is something else. Changing the mind is much harder than changing the body. If you can callous your mind and build a strong mindset, AND be physically fit, the combination of the two can be life saving. With the uncertainty of this country, and well the whole world you never know what you're guna up against.
