

I love my fitness, but I also love my sweets! Sometimes I get questioned why I'm not show quality lean and shredded if I work out so much. It's simple really. While I don't eat junk food; like fast foods, pizza, chips, etc. I do however indulge quit a lot in sweets. I've got multiple kinds of dark chocolate in my fridge, tons of gummy candy and cookies in my pantry, and of course my favorite...ice cream, popsicles and other frozen desserts in the freezer. I love em all and won't stop eating them unless I had a damn good reason. I will however work my ass off to offset the shit load of useless calories I'm consuming. All about what you want and how bad you want it 💪🏽💯
