Added 2021-09-22 15:24:13 +0000 UTCMaking gains per usual. Some of you I've spoken to about my body goals, to those who don't know. My goal was to trim down my upper half while growing my lower half. I had a much wider back and rounded/capped shoulders, but I've been wanting them slimmed down some, not so buff lookin, but at the same time wanted my quads more firm and defined. And that's exactly what I'm doing 💯💪🏽😘 BOOM! It really is that simple, just gotta do the work!
