At least once a week we're going to start incorporating this type of training instead of simply weight lifting. Weight lifting does help with strength of course, it also helps build a quality physique. What it doesn't build is much stamina, endurance, and balance. This workout was challenging to say the least. Within 30 minutes of nonstop training Jared was pale and drippin sweat and I was lightheaded and shaky. What wasn't filmed were the 100's of tire flips in between each set that were done. Also finished off with some back and shoulders once we regained composure. Then did an hour of cardio in the evening at home. We're not super old, but we are older, 36 for myself and 42 for him, and we're finding it harder to stay in shape; mostly myself. I never needed cardio back in the day. Weights were all I needed. Now it's a mixture orf weights, functional training and cardio. No rest on the weekends, we grind double time 💪🏽💯
