My knees hurt and feet hurt from walking over 20 miles in the last 30 hours, BUT...you suck it the fuck up and do it anyways. People ask me how all the time, especially women. You. Just. Do. It. 🤷🏻♀️ It really is that easy. Just gotta train your mind not to listen to that internal voice telling you to stay home, you're tired, your feet hurt...fuck that! I'm in charge! 💯
