Every once in awhile you've gotta go hard n heavy to see where your strength is at. This was one of the tough workout, Barely any sleep last night, and my knees are shot. Why put yourself thru the pain then? I ask ourselves that same question everyday, and if I can't answer that for myself, I certainly can't answer it for you. This was12 sets on this reverse squat machine, progressively moving up little by little until I ended with 3 plates per side. It's nice to know I still have some strength and power after months of not training heavy and actually losing some of size. Went thru a ton of other exercises to absolutely demolish my legs. I love/hate the soreness it gives. When you have trouble walking up n down stairs, sittin on the to!let in agony, you know that workout hit just right. I'll go to bed tonight, after a long day of work, wake up and walk or run a few miles with a heavy vest on. It'll be painful, it'll be cold, but when you're finished going thru hell it feels so good, and it makes the rest of the day a breeze 💯
