Not guna lie, I woke up in a shitty mood. You know those days where you’re in a funk for NO REASON at all, and all the dumb shit that can happen, happens? Like dropping stuff for absolutely no reason 😒 stubbing your toe on something you’ve walked passed a million times 🤬 and getting a stupid paper cut opening garbage mail 😩 Ya one of those days. Last thing I wanted to do was workout, but I was reminded of my fitness goals and my “why” I do what I do. After the gym I felt back to my normal self and even better actually. When you conquer the bad days it makes you feel even better than before. Moral of the story….it can’t rain all the time, and when it does, you suck it the fuck up and do what it necessary anyways. Doing nothing, sulking and complaining accomplish absolute nothing but waste time and energy 💪🏽
