I said motivation comes n goes, you’ve gotta build the discipline to get in everyday unless you absolutely love it. Luckily I love working out more than anything else so getting in comes easy for me. I’m 37 in just a few months and I’m trying to celebrate with my best physique to date. No reason except a personal goal 💯😊
