

Why is it important to have a rest day during the week? π― Today is my rest day which means no training. I usually just do a fasted cardio and start my day. Itβs important to have a rest day because you donβt want to lead it to muscle fatigue which this means that doing too much exercise during the week and not having a rest day will deplete your glycogen levels. π When you have a rest day, you allow your muscles to replenish those glycogen levels and youβre preparing them for your next killer workouts during the week!πͺπ½ Mission accomplished!
