Initially I was trying to figure out a way to pose this tie as some sort of false suspension - but I could never seem to nail the framing or the shape. As soon as I starting thinking about how I actually felt that day, what came to mind was "crawling up the stairs with your legs tied together." So I decided to give that a go instead. And sure enough, at least to me, it worked a lot better.
