Every yoga practice is an opportunity to connect to my breath, feel my body and mind calm in our fast paced and demanding world. 🌿 When I'm on my mat, I can let go of all the worries and stresses of the day and focus on the moment, my breath and movements. 🌬️
Yoga also helps me develop flexibility, strength and body coordination. 💪 But most importantly, it teaches me to listen to my body and respect its boundaries, which is an important lesson in self-respect and self-care. 🌟
