I wanted to share how the clouds softly roll by and the golden sunbeams stream across the sky covering my farm in the mornings. My favorite part of my view, aside from the sky, is unsurprisingly the creatures meandering contently in the background. 🐴 Take a moment, breathe deep, focus, and be inspired to capitalize on an opportunity to start your next journey with the dawn of a new day. For everyone just joining my page it may be helpful to watch an earlier episode of my plank challenge to understand what’s going on. And yes, the plank time is consecutive … no knees or body can touch the ground and your back stays as level as possible! 💪🏻 It’s only taken me almost a year to get here. 😆🤭💜🥰
