Reassurance: the act of removing someone’s doubts or fears. I believe reassurance is usually given in the form of words, but it can be offered by body language, physical touch, and even through gifts or titles.

Work places give employees reassurance by earning awards or rankings, riders give their horse reassurance through steady hands and calm voices, belayers reassure their climbers that they are attentive and ready to catch through a crux, and fans support their favorite OF models through likes, kind comments, and support of their content.
