IM ALIVE!!!!!!!! my panic attacks have been getting a lot better. Iโ€™m waking up with a lot of anxiety right now but Iโ€™m implementing new routines and finding peace of mind. Waking up and stretching, going outside and sitting in the morning sun and meditating. Iโ€™m going to start going to a gym gym (not a climbing gym only haha) and going to start running. The climbing gym I go to doesnโ€™t even have a treadmill so thatโ€™s super annoying (the chalk keeps fucking their equipment up tbh) Thank you for all the kind messages, Iโ€™m hoping Iโ€™m going to be on the ups from here and will be able to actually be my full silly self again
