I was actually thinking of getting a group together, not sure where yet, but maybe in front of the ocean, on a mountain that we all had to hike, or somewhere with a beautiful view, a place where we had to kick our own butts just to get there and enjoy it… and practice something we all lack in our lives “stillness” “breathe” “quietness”, mix some yoga techniques in with it?! Who knows what it can turn into later down the road 😈 lol but seriously!? Thoughts please! 🫠🥰
