I was proudly nerdy, even with my bright pink hair and thigh high boots. I showed my nerdiness with a plastic pocket protector tucked into my garter that was full of Pixy Stix. Fun things? A room full of scantily clad women on a sugar high. Yes. Of course some of them were high on other things, but some of us were running on coffee and candy. My music showed my nerdiness. I still start gyrating every time I hear both those songs. Those rhythms are a call deep in my body to just MOVE and they make me feel powerful and sexy.
