i’ve been getting a lot of messages about how lean i am and i don’t think a lot of people understand how this sport works lol
im a competitive bodybuilder, which means i spend months out of the year slowly getting leaner leading up to show day where i get on stage and present my physique. i dont look like this year round! this is all for a purpose, and it only lasts for a couple days until we reverse back to a normal diet and i look softer and not so shredded. that’s the fun part about following me… i’m
constantly changing the way i look, so you’ll always be surprised and never get bored 😉
