

Something super easy you can do to spice up your mental clarity and overall health this weekend is make a “power smoothie.” It’s literally the easiest thing and one of my favorite ways to pack a sh!t ton of health into my body quickly. I’m all about keeping it simple so you can sustain for life! My go-to lately (that helps me sustain energy all day long!): • Frozen wild blueberries (or strawberries or both) • Scoop of greens powder (or spinach) • Mint (so underrated!) • Scoop vanilla vegan protein powder • Ice • Coconut or almond milk • Little bit of water **could add almond or peanut butter if you want** Try it out!
