Buying this mobile home has taken up all my money lol. I have until September of this year to complete repairs ( sub floor rot, windows, leak etc. ) and will be attempting most of the labor myself when possible. Any donations towards building supplies and labor ( when I need some help to come in ) is extremely appreciated !! I have a rehab plan and am starting work hopefully this week.
