Do both clockwise and counterclockwise for as long as you like. - Arm Scissor Stretch: Similar to leg scissors but with arms lolz. When you uncross your arms, make sure to bring them all the way back behind your shoulders. - Wrist Flexion and Extension Drill: Keep your arm straight when doing either flexion or extension. Use your other hand to help you stretch it out more. Again: Basically, dynamic stretches are those that involve reps, while static stretches involve holds.
