If you're having trouble with balance or can't find anything to grab, do it laying down. Otherwise, you can do this standing up and use gravity to stretch into position. Hold for 15-30 seconds per leg. - Kneeling Adductor Stretch [NEW]: Targets inner thighs. Basically do like a superhero pose lolz. To initiate, back your body into the foot behind you then stretch your arms out in front. For more of a stretch, reach your closest hand to the extended leg. Hold for 15-30 seconds per leg - Bench Hip Flexor Stretch [NEW]: Targets hip flexors and quads. This is similar to doing a reverse lunge but with your back foot being on a bench, chair, bed, etc. When you go down, you should feel the stretch. If you want more of a stretch, raise your arms up and slowly lean back.
