Arm Stretches: - Arm Circles Do both clockwise and counterclockwise for at least 15 seconds each. Start with small circles, then big, then end with small again. - Arm Scissor Stretch This can be as much as you can do in a certain amount of time or for a certain amount of sets/reps. Remember to switch which arm goes on top. - Reverse Prayer This can be a bit tough to do behind your back.
