So if you add kinetic energy to a system (me moving my body), i don't actually use all of the expended work (thats impossible!) I actually just transfer it into thermal energy (heat!). A lot of people dont know this but heat is actually just particles in transit (when things move, they get hot!) . So on chilly mornings, its probably best to jiggle a bit 😂ðŸ¤ðŸ”¥
