It's giving yourself the benefit of the doubt, rather than making excuses for others. It's eating well, sleeping enough, and exercising. It's sticking to your commitments that you make to yourself. It's setting boundaries with others around how you wish to be treated. Basically, self love is an expression of you giving yourself the love and acceptance that you needed in the past and that you want from the people closest to you. The more you love yourself, the more love you receive from the outside world! That is just how it works. Love yourself more in 2024! XO, M
