From the start of the video to the end you can see me doing these exercises in this order with a 10 second break in between. 1. Squat Lunges (30 seconds) 2. Bulgarian Split Squats (10 each leg) 3. Lunges (10 each leg) 4. Jump Squat (x10) 5. Jumping Jacks (x45) 6. Squats (x20) 7. Side Squats (10 each leg) 8. Crab Walks (15 left, 15 right) 9. Calf Raises (15 each leg) 10. Wall Sit (45 seconds) (3 Sets in total)
