Added 2020-04-06 04:42:38 +0000 UTC✨🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸✨ Loving this body, movement had always been my medicine.. it’s crazy how sometimes we can forget our roots... what created us to be so stellar... what lay in our bones and through our energy what we can shift... remembering all that we are, all that we do... ❤️ To tell you guys the truth I haven’t identified with my body for a while... like since 20/21 I had deep trauma that rooted from childhood trauma but I made the wounds deeper... it caused me to disregard my body and all its glories... it’s power and it’s sacredness.
