Hello baby 😘 Yesterday was a busy day with sports😅 Yesterday I woke up at 5 am, but because of the rain I didn't go hiking. But later I had to go to the waterfall with friends. The weather was good and not sunny; it was cool in the mountains as always. The road to the waterfall is not very difficult, I can say it's like easy exercise for me 😅The most difficult thing is 335 steps up and down. We walked about 40 minutes one way. That was great. A narrow path, trampled by other tourists, along a mountain river. Several times we crossed the cold river from one side to the other, this was probably the most difficult moment in this journey along the path. The atmosphere of the themes is indescribable in words, you have to feel it😍 It's like you're a dwarf in a land of giants🥰 Tall green rocks, with hanging vines, large trees. Large colorful butterflies fly overhead, and small drops of water hang in the air, which you see and feel on your body, they illuminate your body as you make your way deeper into the jungle. The bamboo that shakes from the wind seems as if a giant man is about to come out from behind that rock 😱 The noise of the mountain river and the cicadas squeaking in fear added to the magic of this place🥰 When we reached the last turn, the most powerful and highest waterfall appeared from behind the rock😍 It was so powerful that at a distance of a meter from my friend, I could not hear her. All the cameras were very wet and slippery, it was dangerous to get even closer to the waterfall. But we went anyway, and some of the guys even swam there 😍 I didn’t take a swimsuit with me, which I regretted when I got there because my body was so hot from the hike that I wouldn’t mind cooling off ☺️ Well, next time I will definitely swim there! As usual, the road back was not that interesting, and it seemed much faster😅 But the steps upward, 335 pieces, made themselves felt. It's not easy, but everyone did it, but how could it be any other way😁 Well, my adventures didn't end there. I’ll skip the story about the long-awaited coffee and delicious food in the cafe, which was a reward after the hike 😅😋 I returned home, took a shower and went to the gym 😅🤪 I did a chest workout for 1.5 hours and still felt strong. But when I returned home, I took another shower and rested 😜 Fun, useful, great, spent my day😍🥰
