It's pretty hard not to recognise your beauty if it's obvious or people talk about it a lot🥵 Talk to yourself. "Here I love myself, but then why haven't I changed my bed linen for the last 2 months. Why am I not eating out of the best crockery, wearing body-pleasing fabrics, putting rubbish food in myself? Why don't I choose the best people, the best clothes, the best information for myself? Why do I worry myself with bad thoughts and scare myself with fears?🤔
