It turns out that writing down my thoughts and feelings helps me to better understand myself and my true desires. 📝✨ Every evening I set aside time to write down the events of the day, my feelings and ideas. I've started to notice that little things that used to seem insignificant actually make a big difference. 🧐💭 How do you analyse what happens?
