

How do I start running or ballroom dancing?💦
When I decided to start running and ballroom dancing, I didn't know where to start. The first thing I did was to buy comfortable shoes and choose a nice uniform to feel confident. 👟✨ Gradually I started running in the morning, first for 10 minutes and then I increased the time to 30 minutes. Now running and dancing have become a part of my life and I can't imagine a morning without a run and the energy of a dance at the end of the day. What sport do you like?
