I didn't expect it to be so intense. The workout was unbelievably intense: cardio, strength and co-ordination exercises all changing non-stop💘 I could feel every muscle in my body but it felt so good! The energy and adrenaline was just off the charts. Do any of you do Crossfit? 👅💦
