Took my appointment with the notary too! Eeep this is so nerve wrecking 🫣 As soon as everything is done, I will have to go and do some work in the yard. I have to make a negative slope to ensure that there won’t be any water damages to the carpentry. I’m so excited to do this you guys, and bring you along for the journey! There are many renovations to do besides that, but once step at a time. By the way, any advices are welcome! It’s my first time doing all of this and I don’t really have a lot of prior knowledge so I’m learning as I go!
