Added 2024-06-29 18:46:45 +0000 UTCi know this is lame to share, but i’m really proud of myself 😭🥹 i’ve been so focused on my health and diet these last 2 months, and it’s paying off. clean eating, intermittent fasting, rowing, walking, strength training with personal trainer, a weight loss management coach, yoga, meditation, healthy sleep schedule. i cut out fast food and soda and junk. i drink more water than ever. i prioritize protein and fiber and nutrient rich options. it’s all helping. i still have a way to go before i reach my goals, but i’m proud of myself! i can’t wait to show off my body more soon! 🥹🥹🥹🩷🩷🩷
