๐Here are a few exercises I usually include in my morning yoga ๐ง:1๏ธโฃ Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation): This is a set of 12 poses that helps to awaken the body and mind and prepare them for an active day ๐คธ2๏ธโฃ Tree Pose (Vrikshasana): This pose improves balance and concentration and strengthens the legs and spine ๐ณ๐ฒ3๏ธโฃ Warrior Pose I (Virabhadrasana I): This pose strengthens the legs, improves posture and helps relieve tension in the shoulders and back ๐ช
