Especially in a world where social media and instant dopamine are such an important part of our lives🌟 I realise how important it is to control my time in order to feel a sense of balance and personal efficiency⭐ Smart time management helps me to manage my studies and work without losing important moments in my life. It is not a limitation, but rather a release from the feeling of an endless flow of information😍 I can make time to study, do my favourite things and of course enjoy social media, but I control the process.
