And it all started with an ordinary book by Dale Carnegie!💛 I realised that in each of his books there is a huge amount of knowledge that can be applied every day. I was particularly interested in the subject of communicating with people💗 Dale Carnegie says that quality communication is a skill that should be actively developed because we are not born with it. And I totally agree with him. So if you haven't read this kind of literature, it's high time you did!👀💛
