


Okay here we go guys. I've completed Day 3, which was arm day, my absolute least favorite. I used 5 lb weights and felt like my arms were going to fall off lol. I'm doing a 6 week workout program/challenge to see how far I can get, but I also plan on making workout out part of my daily routine again. I used to workout very often, but I let work take precedent so I fell out of it. It wasn't until I looked back at recent content that I absolutely hated that I realized that keeping my body fit is also part of my job. I still refuse to step on the scale because I know I won't like what I see, but I've taken measurements so I'll keep you guys updated on that progress as the weeks go on. It's only been 3 days, so I think these are still adequate "before" photos. These are also very rare no make up shots. I don't usually show my face with no make up on 🙈
