I chose this one because it was very cute and my favorite location type: lost places 😊 House like this you can get here for free. Many people adopt them and start to live straight away. First in a camper, then repair them and move in as they see fit. I also had adopted a house few years ago when I moved here. Was awesome experience and maybe one day I will make an episode about it.
