I’m still working to overcome being completely confident in the gym.. it’s intimidating! Especially when beginning, this is all a new environment to your brain. Be patient with yourself and embrace the discomfort. It’s ok to make mistakes.. i have some days where I have no idea what exercises i’m going to pull together.
Give yourself the credit that you showed up and are willing to step out of your comfort zone. You owe it yourself 🤍
