Place a squeezed, flattened object in between your feet where you stand. Stand in front of the camera for 5 seconds, with your entire feet visible and flat on the ground. Use your foot (stomp on it) to lay your phone cam down (facing up). Throughout the video, please stomp. When stomping, make sure you lift your foot up, then bring it down. Please also stand up straight, with arms by your side (you can place your hand against the wall). You must stomp/kick with the bottom of the foot (with the center of your sole or bottom of the heel. Do not use your toes). You don't need to stomp too hard, but your foot has to touch your phone when you stomp or kick. Do the stomping as if you are stomping/kicking the victim in the face while he's lying down. At the end of the video, say "Oh, shut up..." as you raise your foot (your sole is visible) and stomp.
